Terms & Conditions

Booking:

On confirmation of booking your contract is with Jingo Holidays Private Limited. A legal contract exists between us when we confirm your tour package services and have received the deposit amount from your end.


Payment:

For the purpose of services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to the company Jingo Holidays Pvt Ltd. The deposit amount is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Note:

Apart from the above, If bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc) full payment amount is required to be paid at the time of booking itself. If there is any fault or dispute during the travelling then it will take some time.


Policy Regarding Cancellation of Tour / No Show / Early Departure:

In case of cancellation of tour package services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in written basis. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  1. 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  2. 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
  3. 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
  4. 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
  5. 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.


General Terms & Condition For Car & Tempo Traveller

  1. Distance and time are calculated from the garage back to garage for both within the city and outside city trips. In case the pickup from City A and drop to city B, the distance from the drop-off point in city B to the garage in City A will be calculated and the payment has to be made for the same by the customer. 
  2. Distance and time are calculated from the operator's garage and not from the client's residence. Clients are requested to check the starting time and the starting odometer recorded on the trip sheet available with the driver prior to the journey. Disputes regarding the same will not be accepted after completion of the tour.
  3. If you required original bill then you have informed us on the booking time.


30% Payment should be made in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount)

  1. AC will not work in hilly areas or when the vehicle is parked/stopped.
  2. Pickup & Dropping only One Point.
  3. Not - Hotel Booking Charges Not Refund.
  4. Not - Rates Not valid for long weekend and Any Festival. 
  5. Not - Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety 
  6. Not - Booking Advance Amount is not Refundable.
